DOA Policy Products purchased from Software Integrators (SI), are warranted from the date of purchase. SI will make a reasonable effort to replace any defective product from stock, if notified within 30 days of the purchase date. If no replacement is available, the product will be replaced when stock is available. Defective Product Within (30) Days When a product is deemed defective by SI, within 30 days of receipt, SI will exchange the unit to customers in good standing. All replacement units in stock will be expedited. After notifying SI, the customer has 15 days to return the defective merchandise, complete with all supplied documents, cables, software and the original packaging. Failure to do so, will result in a charge for all missing items, and a $25 handling fee. If the customer fails to return the product within the specified time, the product will be returned to the customer. If the product is not defective, a 20% restocking fee could be applied. Defective Product After (30) Days Upon expiration of the thirty day replacement period, SI, at it's option, will have the product replaced or repaired. Products must be returned prior to a replacement being shipped. After the product has been serviced, the product will be shipped (freight prepaid) promptly back to your facility. If the product is not defective, a 20% restocking fee could be applied. SI will issue RMA#s for up to the length of the limited warranty. |
Returning Product To return the product for repair or credit, contact Software Integrators technical support at 406-586-8866. Business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday. Please have the following information ready to give the support staff.
The technical department will give you an RMA number, which is valid for 15 days. IMPORTANT: When you return the product, you must put the RMA number on the address label. Failure to use the RMA number will result in SI refusing the product. All returns should be shipped via a registered carrier, such as FedEx or UPS. SI will not be held liable for any loss of return items. Return the product with the RMA number on the address label FREIGHT PREPAID to: Software Integrators Returns For Credit Within the first 30 days of purchase, products can be returned for any reason. Purchaser will receive full credit of the invoice minus shipping charges. Products which are returned must be in like-new condition. Follow the return procedures described above for credit returns. Credit returns must have a RMA number or will not be accepted. Special order items are not returnable for credit. Canceled Orders There is no penalty for canceled orders which have not yet left the SI warehouse. For orders which are canceled after product has been shipped, a $25 fee plus shipping charges will be assessed. Special order items cannot be canceled. |
